Website Purchases

Anything purchased at full price may be returned for credit to original payment within 14 days. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have any original tags. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

In-Person Purchases

Because we have fitting rooms present in our shop and at all markets, any item purchased in our shop or at a market may be exchanged for another item or store credit only. We strongly suggest trying on before purchasing! We accept items back for exchange or store credit within 14 days. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have any original tags. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Final Sale Items

Sale items are final sale. Gift cards are also final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive shop credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We unfortunately are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
