Holiday Return Policy

Typically any full price items may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment within 14 days and sale items are final sale. For the holiday season, any full price or sale items are able to be returned by January 18th. Please keep in mind the shop will be closed from 12/26 through 1/5 so we can spend time with our families.  All items must be clean, unworn, and undamaged with any original packaging and tags. 

To make a domestic US return: email us at hello@small-talk.co and we will send you a return shipping label! Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond and send your label; we are a small business consisting of only two people, but we will help as fast as we can! We will complete the return or exchange as soon as we receive your item, and ask that you allow up to 10 business days for returns to appear on your credit card statement. 

For international shipments: we do not provide a return label, so you are responsible for shipping it to the address below. Please still send an email to hello@small-talk.co to send your order information and tracking number.

Please also note that delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control. We aim to ship orders out within 2-3 days, but please remember we are a small team and that may fluctuate based on the week. Small Talk is not responsible for items damaged or lost / stolen in transit and / or after delivery.
